Apply now for a SANITYin60 workshop.

If you have concerns about the quality of your cyber security defences, your compliance with cyber regulations, or your alignment to the DORA regulation that applies from January 2025, you need to convert these concerns into a concrete plan of action.

Without a plan, you are hopeful. Hopeful that cyber criminals or regulators do not turn their attention to you.

When you want to be more than just hopeful, the SANITYin60 workshop is your first step.

Who it is for:

This virtual workshop is free for regulated financial services firms, or organisations that sell to regulated firms (e.g professional services; consultancy firms; membership organisations).

The workshop is tailored towards the executive or senior manager who will be held accountable for a cyber security incident, even though cyber is not their primary area of expertise.

Typically, a firm will also involve key decision makers in the workshop so everyone gets a chance to raise their concerns and objectives, enabling us to identify a pragmatic way forward that reflects the needs of all stakeholders.

What to expect from your SANITYin60 workshop:

Clarity.

  • Clarity about the most pressing cyber risks and regulatory issues facing your organisation.
  • Clarity about what you should focus on first.

We will sketch out a plan of action that aligns to:

  • The concerns of internal stakeholders,
  • The capabilities of your organisation, and to
  • The expectations of your clients, prospects, and regulators.

Where the workshop takes place:

The workshop is delivered through Microsoft Teams (although we can use Zoom if you prefer).

Doing this online has many benefits:

  • It’s easier to find free times in our diaries, as nobody needs to travel.
  • It’s remote-worker friendly – Geography won’t stop us making progress.
  • It’s easier to remember what we discussed in the workshop – If you wish, the session can be recorded and shared with you. (I recommend that you do not record the session, as people are more honest and open when their words are not being recorded).

If you would prefer to do this face-to-face, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

The fee for the workshop:

The fee is €745 + VAT.

I will waive the fee if this is the first time we have worked together. It will give us both an opportunity to see what it’s like to work together before we have to deal with the grubby topic of money!

There are additional fees if you want me to run the workshop in-person in your offices. Let me know in your application below, and I will provide a specific quote.

To apply for the workshop:

Submit your application using the form below.

Within 24 hours, you will receive:

  1. Confirmation that your application has been accepted, or an explanation as to why I think this is not the best fit for your needs.

If your application is accepted:

  • [If a fee applies] You will receive an invoice and a link to my online payments service.
  • You will receive a link to a booking page, where you can select a date and time that suits you best.

Once you have booked the workshop:

  • I will send you an Insight Form that gathers high-level, non-technical information about your situation. This ensures we don’t burn time gathering this information during the workshop, and ensures I have a clearer understanding of your situation. You will need to complete this Intake Form at least 1 working day before the session.
