If you are a regular reader, you’ll know I frequently talk about the significant security benefits that arise from the use of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)*.
So, I was really delighted to see a drinking glass engraved with the letters M F A during a visit to a client’s offices yesterday.
The client may claim the glass was actually a gift from the Managed Funds Association.
But I know the truth.
* MFA means you need more than just a username and password to gain access to a system. And while there are certain ways for cyber criminals to get through this security defence, most attackers won’t bother.
